What we collect when you join the list

• Your email address.
• The US state you pick, if you pick one.
• Your answer to “what should we pour first?”, if you answer.
• That you confirmed you’re 21 or older.
• When you signed up, and which version of this notice was in place.

This site sets no cookies and runs no ad or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, and the home page loads live river readings from the U.S. Geological Survey. Like any site your browser contacts, those services can see your IP address.

How we use it

• To email you now and then about the Weiser River brand, for example if a product is ever made under the name and where to find it. Not often.
• To count sign-ups by state and by “pour first” answer. We may show those totals to producers considering making a product under license. Totals only: never your email address.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your email address.
• We don’t share it with advertisers or other lists.

With Amazon Web Services in the United States.

If the brand changes hands

If the Weiser River brand is sold or transferred, the list may go to the new owner only if they agree to honor this notice. If they won’t, we delete the list instead.

Your choices

• Reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or use the unsubscribe link if there is one.
• To delete your record entirely, email hello at weiserbrewing.com from the address you signed up with.

Changes

If this notice changes, the version above changes with it. We won’t apply a material change to people who signed up under an earlier version without asking.

Who’s behind this

Weiser River is an independent brand in development, named for the Weiser River in Idaho. No product is made or sold yet.
